Mr. Kamal Gubair

CEO and Co-Founder

Kamal Gubair is an entrepreneur committed to building a modern, high-performance security organization. A graduate of DeVry University’s Networking Engineering program, he brings experience from DISH Network, Samsung, and Allied Universal.

Combining expertise in technology, security operations, leadership, and client service, Kamal brings a vision for growth, innovation, and excellence to ATLAS. His approach is grounded in integrity, professionalism, accountability, and delivering trusted security solutions.

Mr. Dulacha D. Wario

Co-Founder

Dulacha Wario is a seasoned security management professional and former United Nations International Civil Servant with experience leading security operations in international and corporate environments. His United Nations background includes managing security programs, coordinating crisis response, conducting risk assessments, and supporting personnel safety in complex operational environments.

His security leadership work at Universal Kids Resort involves leading teams responsible for protecting guests, employees, and company assets while supporting operational excellence and guest experiences. Previous experience with Allied Universal Security Services further developed his expertise in workforce management, investigations, emergency preparedness, and client relations.

Dulacha brings strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and experience developing high-performing teams. His international public service and private-sector management background informs his commitment to safe, secure, and customer-focused environments.
